    File is in Excel, fill-in all the table please

    Save the Form with the correct name
    Save the excel file with the name like "Registration_USA", "Registration_Russia" etc.
    NOTE! The file has to be only one from one Head of delegation (one country — one file)

    Send the Registration Form to organisers
    Send this excel file to the e-mail eurasianskydiving@gmail.com.
    The letter subject has to include the name of the form and the name of the country
The Registration Form must be submitted to the Organising Committee before 10th January 2025
